The Cantillon
Executives and entrepreneurs: clarify, test and launch your project
A financially and environmentally sustainable company
An employer that changes course, a client that leaves, an investor that pulls out: relying on a single one is a risk. We teach how to design a company that is profitable over time and designed to free itself from dependence on finite resources. Both requirements are worked on from the idea stage.

Find your idea and your team
- Your entrepreneur profile: what you enjoy, the impact you are aiming for, your network and skills, drawn from your CV or LinkedIn profile and then corrected by you.
- Your skills mapped to the four roles of a business: leadership, back office, production, sales and marketing.
- Targeted introductions to other participants, based on shared interests or complementary strengths.
- A complementary founding team that covers the four roles.
- A formulated business idea: vision, customer problem, ideal customer, solution, business model assumptions and each founder's contribution, then transferred into Crucible.
Crucible
A complete, costed business model ready to pitch
- Your customers: personas, pains, gains, buying habits and ideal customer.
- Your solution: features, a first minimum version and what actually relieves your customers' pain points.
- Your positioning: a competitor map and what sets you apart.
- Your numbers: pricing, costs, a cash-flow plan, a financial summary and company valuation.
- Your pitch: brand, story, sales pitch, investor preparation, presentation (pitch deck) and company-formation steps.
- Your fieldwork, counted session by session: e-mails sent, meetings held, proposals made and customers won.
Collider
Your first customers, tracked like a real sales pipeline
- Your identified and qualified opportunities.
- Your first customer meetings, followed by second meetings.
- Your sales conclusions (closing) and what tipped each decision.
- A funnel view showing where your prospects move forward and where they stop.
- A coach who reviews your figures each week.
Catapult extends the path with your marketing strategy and launch, from awareness through customer follow-up. Depending on the path, Cultivator (team, DISC profile, recruitment) and Covenant (investor negotiation simulation) are added.

How it works
- 01
Before. You receive your invitation by e-mail, you create your account, you accept the welcome booklet and the rules, you join your edition with the code given by the organiser, then you complete the entry assessment.
- 02
During. You attend the sessions, check in with the QR code, work in the course tools and answer the hot assessment. If the course enables it, you confirm your presence on the signed sheet.
- 03
At the end. You complete the exit assessment and the feedback on the edition (numerical answers anonymised). You receive your end-of-course documents.
- 04
About 90 days later. A follow-up assessment measures what you have put into practice.
- 05
Afterwards. Depending on the course, a few follow-up e-mails. You keep access to your archive of materials.
