Recipients
Replit, Inc.: site hosting ([hosting location to confirm]). Truendo: consent management and proof storage; its configuration indicates processing in the European Economic Area. EngineMailer: sending e-mails and the waitlist. Salespanel: audience measurement, if you accept it. BookLikeABoss: booking calendar, if you allow it. Your data is never sold or transferred.
Cookies and trackers
We use three categories. Necessary ones (remembering your language and your cookie choice) need no consent. The Marketing category enables Salespanel; the Services category enables the BookLikeABoss calendar. These services only run with your agreement. You can refuse in one click, with no effect on your browsing, and change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page. Your choice is kept for 6 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, to object to its processing, to receive it (portability) and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@thecantillon.com stating the subject of your request; we reply within one month. Course participants also have a dedicated space at my.thecantillon.com. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you consider that your rights are not respected.
